What Youll Be Working On:
* A varied mix of telephone, face-to-face, and home visit appointments
* Delivering both planned and urgent primary care
* Providing patient-centred, evidence-based care
* Understanding the patient population to ensure high-quality outcomes
* Working collaboratively with the wider MDT to manage complex and long-term conditions effectively
What Were Looking For:
* GMC-registered GP on the GP Specialty Register
* On the NHS Performers List
* Background in either primary or urgent care
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Commitment to delivering high standards of clinical care
What Youll Get in Return:

* 15-minute appointments max. 27 per day
