We’re partnering with a highly respected group launching a new influencer marketing agency in London. This is a Client Director opportunity - a rare chance to help build and shape an agency from day one.
You’ll combine senior client leadership, new business generation and commercial ownership to establish the agency as a market disrupter.
New Business & Industry Positioning
* Lead new business generation across brands and agencies, helping launch and grow the division
* Build strong relationships with talent agencies and partners, positioning the agency as a strategic long-term collaborator
* Support and lead pitches, proposals and major growth opportunities
Commercial Ownership & Team Leadership
* Own account profitability, forecasting and revenue growth
* Identify organic growth opportunities within existing partnerships
* Play a key role in building, mentoring and scaling the future account team
Client Leadership & Strategy
* Act as senior client lead across flagship influencer accounts, providing strategic counsel and driving long-term retention
* Translate client objectives into actionable influencer and social-first strategies
* Lead quarterly business reviews and long-term partnership planning with senior stakeholders
Campaign Strategy & Delivery
* Conceive, pitch and deliver best-in-class influencer campaigns from brief through execution and reporting
* Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative and talent teams to ensure executional excellence
* Oversee performance against KPIs and commercial objectives
