With their own in house creative, onsite workshop and team of production specialists they work directly with international clients and events agencies, taking each project from creative concept through to onsite delivery and build. Working with high profile brands and with new and challenging projects coming through the door every day, no two days are ever the same!
THE ROLE
This highly integral role will involve the operational management of all key departments, with responsibility for ensuring company operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
-Developing and implementing operational strategies
-Leading and managing cross-functional teams
-Monitoring and evaluating operational processes
-Establishing new policies to align with the company's vision
-Managing budgets, forecasting and allocating resources
-Implementing new technology solutions to improve efficiency
-Mentoring and developing leadership capabilities across the company
THE CANDIDATE
To qualify for this position you must have proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, ideally from within a company that delivers scenic build projects. A strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain management and production will be essential, with demonstrable experience in implementing new processes to drive change in a company.
