The Job:

💻 Job Title: Customer Success Manager

🌍 Working Set-Up: Hybrid with visits to either London or Manchester offices (Your first few weeks will require office visits 2 days p/w - Set-up flexible beyond this point)

📋 Interview process: 3 stages (virtual)

The Role:

Leo Technology has partnered with a long-standing client to help them make a critical hire for their customer success team! This multi-national company is the market leader in retail loyalty solutions. With an enterprise client base including Sainsbury's, Tesco, Walmart, Woolworths, and Asda, they're looking for a talented CSM to join them and work proactively with their accounts to ensure maximum value is generated whilst also focusing on building long-term relationships.

As the Customer Success Manager you'll prioritise the needs and satisfaction of their customers. You'll work closely with a mixture of SME and Enterprise customers to ensure they're deriving value from the platform and understand the best practices relevant to their industries.

You will collaborate with the Account Management team to identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products and services to clients. You will also work closely with the Product teams to provide detailed client feedback to support the improvement and growth of the platform.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for an experienced CSM who is looking to take their career to the next level with a global (and growing) business!

The Person:

* Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager
* Experience working as a CSM for a SaaS product (ideally enterprise level)
* A desire to solve customer problems and create customer happiness
* Presenting and communication skills, in person and on video calls
* Experience in a customer facing role
* Retail knowledge is desirable, but not essential

Interview Process:

* 1st stage: Call with the hiring manager
* 2nd stage: Panel interview
* 3rd stage: HR culture chat
