You’ll play a key role in supporting the Club’s ongoing development and helping us deliver a first-class experience for players, staff, and supporters. About You Come and join our Clarets family as our Receptionist! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role and excellent interpersonal skills. Role Expectations As the Receptionist, you will be expected to: Greet and welcome visitors, staff and stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen and forward incoming calls, providing information and taking messages as necessary. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organised and presentable at all times.
