Providing Clear, Calm Leadership: Acting as the key decision-maker during abnormal operating conditions, providing clear direction and implementing preventative measures to keep your team safe. Building Strong Partnerships: Liaising with our central operations centre on supply enquiries, ensuring we maintain exceptional customer service together. Mentoring and Development: Upholding company standards while coaching and supporting the members of your shift, helping them to grow and succeed. What You'll Bring to the Team A background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, possibly from an apprenticeship route. A formal qualification in a relevant industrial or plant-based field. Experience within a 24-hour operational environment, with the chemical or petrochemical industry being highly desirable.
