Position - Technical Service Support Manager £54k base + £4k bonus (hybrid work from home and office 2 out of 5 days then 3 out of 5 days alternate weeks) OFF THE TOOLS Company - Large National HVAC service provider with a national team of AC service and ASHP service engineers Location - Birmingham Industry - HVAC, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Air Source Heat Pumps, Desired Experience - High level of technical experience and qualifications / certifications, ideally as many/much HVAC spanning both cooling and heating e.g. City & Guilds, refrigeration and air conditioning or C&G Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems, F-GAS, G3, C&G plumbing and heating unvented hot water and electrical. The Role A leading national HVAC service provider seeks an experienced Technical Support Manager to add to their air conditioning and heat pump service division. The successful candidate will oversee a team of Technical Support Engineers that support their national field based Service Engineer Team on any advanced air conditioning or air source heat pump technical queries or problems they may have on site across all the main HVAC, air conditioning and air source heat pump manufacturers.
