We're now hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associates.
This is an in-person role, ideal for those who enjoy interacting with people, working in fast-paced environments, and building valuable communication and sales skills.
About the Role:
As an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate, you'll be involved in a variety of customer-facing campaigns. You'll play a key role in representing client brands through direct outreach — not behind a screen, but in real-world settings where you can make a measurable impact.
Marketing & Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:
* Represent national brands in face-to-face customer interactions across residential areas, private site promotions, and live event spaces.
* Deliver tailored product and service information in an approachable, engaging way.
* Build rapport with customers and answer questions confidently and professionally.
* Support the setup and execution of localised marketing campaigns in the field.
* Collect and relay valuable customer feedback to help improve campaign effectiveness.
* Work closely with experienced team leaders to refine your communication and sales skills.
* Meet performance targets and contribute to team-wide goals and campaign success.

* Weekly pay with uncapped commission — average earnings of £550 to £675 per week based on performance.
