Customer Service Advisor - Contact Warrington - Fixed Term 12 Months

An opportunity has arisen to join our multi-skilled Customer Service Advisors and make a difference to the people who live and work in Warrington. We are committed to delivering high-quality service and are looking for a talented, customer-focused team player to join us.
You will provide Customer Services via telephone, email, and face-to-face at Contact Warrington for a range of Council services including Council Tax, Business Rates, and Benefits. You will work with us in developing, expanding, and improving service delivery for our customers.
The role
This Customer Service Advisor role in Contact Warrington is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, working 21 hours per week with flexible hours between 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
What's needed?
The successful candidate will have:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in a busy/pressured customer services environment, dealing directly with members of the public
* The ability to provide a friendly, efficient service, at times under great pressure
* High level of personal resilience when dealing with difficult conversations
Contact Warrington is open from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. The available hours are for a full-day shift within our opening times.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for this post.
