Position Details
* Duration: Permanent

* Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV6 0AG
* Salary: £13.31 per hour
Working Hours & Benefits
* Shift pattern: 07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, possible sleeps/wakes, across 5 days including weekends
* Full-time: 37.5 hours/week
* UK Driving Licence: Preferred but not essential; must be willing to drive company cars
* Training & Qualifications: Opportunity to gain funded health and social care qualifications

Candidate Requirements
* Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or equivalent preferred
* Solid track record as Care Assistant or Carer with ambition to progress
* Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring person-centered care
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with good IT skills
* Willingness to support across services specializing in learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and challenging behaviors
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop support workers
* Recruitment, supervision, and training of staff
* Ensure delivery of high-quality person-centered care
* Support the manager and team across Wolverhampton services
