Business Systems Manager
Winchester | Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office
We're on the lookout for a Business Systems Manager to lead the way in transforming how technology is used at a local trust. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of their EPOS and CRM systems, drive digital innovation, and make a real impact at a local charity organisation in Hampshire.
You'll be the go-to person for all things systems - streamlining processes, enhancing user experience, and collaborating closely with teams to ensure their technology supports everything they do.
What you'll do:
1. Lead and optimise our EPOS and CRM systems
2. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
3. Work with internal teams and external providers
4. Deliver training and support for staff
5. Use data to drive smart business decisions
What you'll bring:
1. Proven experience in implementation, configuration and maintenance of EPOS/CRM systems (ideally in retail or customer-facing environments)
2. Experience in managing vendor relationships
3. Great project and stakeholder management skills
4. A proactive, solution-focused mindset
5. Full driving licence and access to a car
Bonus if you have:
1. Experience with Spektrix, Artifax, or Lightspeed
2. Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP)
