Job Description
Position: Service Administrator
Location: Brentwood
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Basic salary from £26,124 per annum
Reporting To: Team Leader
Day to Day Tasks and Accountability
* Booking service visits with clients
* Loading service dockets to technicians’ phones, sending dockets to clients and checking all weekly dockets are completed
* Answering calls from service technicians, customers and management and directing queries to the relevant people
* Assisting Operations Team with day‑to‑day admin requirements
* Liaising with suppliers and placing orders
* Assisting with raising purchase orders
* Managing vehicle fleet – MOT booking, servicing and vehicle hire where necessary

* Competent user of Microsoft Office
