Senior Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor (High-Spec Residential) Oxford | Up to £85,000 Excellent Package Are you a commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of luxury residential projects with a respected Oxford-based main contractor? This is a standout opportunity to join a growing, design-focused business delivering prestige new-build and refurbishment schemes across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. The Role As Senior QS, you’ll take full commercial responsibility for 1–2 live projects, typically valued between £3m–£15m. You’ll ensure each scheme is delivered to budget while maintaining the exceptional quality the company is known for. Working closely with the Project Lead and senior leadership team, you will oversee procurement, cost planning, subcontractor management, valuations and all financial reporting.
