Duties
* Lead, support, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed departmental targets and KPIs
* Drive exceptional customer satisfaction by promoting best sales practices and valuing customer feedback
* Plan and execute engaging sales events and promotional campaigns to boost vehicle sales
* Monitor market trends and customer preferences to develop targeted sales strategies
* Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure the accurate management of customer data
* Maintain high standards of professionalism, leading by example to uphold the dealership's reputation
* Stay informed about the latest developments in electric vehicle technology and product offerings
* Ensure compliance with all relevant dealership and automotive industry regulations
Requirements
* Proven experience at a Car Sales Manager level within a franchise-approved car dealership
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Ability to develop innovative sales strategies based on market insights
* Full UK driving licence with minimal points
* A proactive, results-driven attitude and the desire to progress within a recognised automotive brand
