Mechanical Engineer Static Site Role ?? Near Oxford ?? Up to £40,000 ?? Permanent, Full-Time Atlas Workplace Services has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team at a key client site near Oxford. This is a static role, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance and compliance services. ?? What Youll Be Doing As part of a dedicated on-site engineering team, youll be responsible for: Delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance tasks across a wide range of mechanical systems ??? Ensuring all work is completed in line with contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards ?? Supporting the delivery of compliance PPM, including L8 water hygiene tasks where applicable ?? Providing accurate time and material estimates for minor works and assisting with quoting ?? Collaborating with Account Support, Supervisors, and Sub-Contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery ?? Keeping the Planon CAFM system updated via your issued device and ensuring all time is accurately recorded ?? Taking ownership of your work and contributing to a culture of 100% customer satisfaction ?? Participating in the out-of-hours call-out rota as required ?? ?? What Were Looking For City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a mechanical discipline Minimum 2 years experience in a similar mechanical services role Experience working in a customer-facing environment Strong understanding of building services and compliance requirements Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and L8 compliance Comfortable using CAFM systems (Planon preferred) and Android tablets Ability to work in heavily permitted environments with a strong focus on health & safety GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) Desirable : Legionella (L8) training, IOSH Working Safely or equivalent ? ??
