Salary & Earnings:
* 41,000 per annum (based on experience)
* Call-out required, with an OTE of 47,000 - 50,000 including callouts

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform service and maintenance on various domestic properties
* Conduct routine safety checks and preventative maintenance
* Respond promptly to emergency callouts
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications (ACS HTR1 & CKR1)
* Proven experience in service and repair
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* Full UK driving license
