Our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency, are seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to work on a new homes development based near Bungay on a full-time basis.
The position will require a professional and articulate candidate with a proven track record in new homes and experience working as a New Homes Advisor.
Working hours:
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be required to work Thursday to Monday, 10.00 am - 5.00 pm
The successful New Homes Sales Advisor will be offered:

Duties for the New Homes Sales Advisor role include, but will not be limited to:
5. Registering potential purchasers
6. Attending viewings on both completed homes and on-site.

9. A strong background in customer service
10. New Homes experience working on-site
11. Proven track record within New Homes
12. Confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, great at building rapport, and a genuine love of helping customers.
13. Organised with a great work ethic.
14. A hardworking attitude with the desire and determination to achieve your targets.
