Job Description
Im hiring a contract an SC cleared Business Analyst for an outside IR35 6month assignment based on site in Oxford (wfh 2days per week).
The day rate will be an absolute maximum of £275 per day and the on site in Oxford for min 3 days per week are both non negotiable.
Your SC must be live.
* Business Analysis certification (eg BCS, Agile BA)
* Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in a complex IT environment
* Experience of working within ITIL/IT Service Management framework
* Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
* Experience working within project and/or agile delivery frameworks
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Collaborative and relationship-focused
* Structured, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven
* Confident challenging assumptions and driving clarity
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments
