About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent post offering a structured two-year induction with dedicated mentoring and reduced contact time. The appointed ECT will teach Science across KS3–KS5, with the option to specialise in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics. Lessons are inquiry-driven, encouraging experimentation and curiosity while supporting exam success.
You'll join a team of experienced educators who plan collaboratively and share resources. The department encourages innovation and practical learning through well-resourced labs, digital simulations, and enrichment clubs such as STEM Society and Science Olympiad.
