Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: England, Greater London, Hillingdon Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £85.00 - £95.00 Per day Benefits: PAYE & CPD Qualifications: Teaching Assistant Level 2 or 3 Skills: Learning Support, Childcare, SEND Availability: Monday to Friday Job Duties: Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in classroom settings Assist in the implementation of individual education plans for students Support the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance Required Qualifications: Teaching Assistant Level 2 or 3 qualification Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs Education: Teaching Assistant Level 2 or 3 qualification Experience: Prior experience working in an educational setting Experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs Knowledge and Skills: Good understanding of SEN strategies and interventions Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of child development and learning theories Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in specific areas of SEN support First Aid certification Working Conditions: Full-Time position, Monday to Friday schedule Work within a classroom environment Opportunity for professional development through CPD All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
