Job Description
We’re looking for a Strategy Manager who blends consulting-level problem solving with hands‑on operational execution and has a genuine passion for fashion, retail, and product innovation.

What You’ll Do
* Own high-impact strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and operational performance.
* Define go-to-market strategies for new propositions and optimize pricing, promotions, and channel mix.
* Build and streamline scalable processes to speed up ASOS’ time-to-market.
* Use data analytics to uncover insights and turn them into actionable recommendations.
* Develop metrics and dashboards to measure success and inform strategic decisions.
* Drive continuous improvement across products, services, and operations through data‑led thinking.
You’ll work closely with product, operations, marketing, and finance teams, bringing clarity to ambiguity and turning insights into action.
Qualifications
About You
* A consulting background combined with in‑house experience, with a strong track record in strategy and operational delivery.
* Passionate about fashion, retail, or product, whether you’ve worked in e‑commerce or are eager to break into the sector.
* Comfortable moving from big‑picture planning to detailed execution, thriving in fast‑paced, complex environments.
* Skilled at data‑driven decision‑making, confident with tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
* Exceptional communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels and craft compelling stories from data.
* Curious, proactive, and adaptable, always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
