The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with students who may have Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, communication differences, or additional learning needs.
You’ll help pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn by building positive relationships and adapting support to suit each individual child.
Whether you’re an experienced Teaching Assistant, a graduate exploring a future in education, or an aspiring teacher looking to gain classroom experience, this could be a brilliant next step.

* Has experience working with children or young people with additional needs, or a genuine passion to learn
* Can support pupils following EHCPs and personalised learning plans
