Pay rate – £33 per hour Contract – Temporary Lancashire County Council are currently recruiting an experienced adult’s Social Worker for their SPA Triage for Hospital Discharge team based in Fylde & Wyre. Ability to apply the eligibility criteria under the Care Act Ability to complete Continuing Health Care Assessments / Reviews Ability to complete Mental Capacity assessments in line with the MCA 2005 Previous experience or knowledge of hospital discharge pathways Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
