About the role
As our Care Assistant (Nights), you’ll provide personal care to our residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, visitations to the bathroom, and help them get around the home. Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with the residents and allow you to understand their likes, dislikes and needs.
Responsibilities
* Follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both.
* Remain alert at all times to the residents’ physical and mental well‑being.
* Help maintain our high standards, ensuring the residents’ home is always clean and safe.
