What You’ll Be Doing as their next Senior Quality Technician:
* Own the quality process — manage customer complaints, warranty cases, and in-house rework
* Lead failure investigations — dive into root causes and drive corrective actions using 8D problem-solving tools
* Collaborate across departments — work with production, engineering, and support teams to embed quality across operations
* Support audits and compliance — coordinate internal audits and help maintain robust quality systems
* Be the voice of quality — prepare reports, communicate findings, and lead continuous improvement projects
What You’ll Bring as an experienced Quality professional:
* 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Proficiency with quality tools (8D, root cause analysis), ERP systems, and MS Office
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, and lean manufacturing principles
