Building Services Engineer
Location: Bristol
Duration: Minimum 3 Months (Interim Cover)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: £22-£25ph DOE
Building Services Engineer to join a small onsite team of three engineers on an interim basis.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems
Support electrical and general building maintenance tasks across the site
Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with site procedures
Work collaboratively with the onsite engineering team to maintain operational standards
Assist in diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficientlyRequirements
Experience as a Building Services Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
Electrical or general maintenance background preferred (flexible depending on experience)
Experience in commercial building environments
Ability to work effectively within a small engineering team
Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
