Role Description
Full‑time, on‑site role based in Driffield. Responsible for servicing, repairing and installing commercial and domestic air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Ensures equipment maintenance to a high standard, troubleshoots technical issues, and collaborates with the team to deliver quality results to clients.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Building Maintenance, Building Services, and Facility Management (FM)
* Strong knowledge and experience in maintenance & repair of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
* Expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, servicing, and troubleshooting
* Understanding of health and safety regulations related to the industry
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
* Relevant certifications or trade qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration engineering
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
