Overview
A leading media and creative agency group is seeking a forward-thinking Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy, drive new business growth, and build a high-performing revenue engine across both agency services and strategic partnerships.

The Role
You will be responsible for leading and growing the sales and marketing functions, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving performance across social/influencer agency services and strategic brand partnerships.
This senior, hands-on role requires a deep understanding of social media — not just platform knowledge but strategic insight into how social integrates with broader brand and marketing objectives. You should have experience in scaling commercial teams, developing product-market fit, and creating winning pitches.

Key Responsibilities
