* Knowledge and experience of manufacturing joinery/doors/windows.
* Knowledge and understanding of health and safety
* Knowledge of different woodworking tools and machinery as well as hand and power tools
* A meticulous and organised nature
* Must be confident consulting with suppliers and co-workers
* Manufaturing experience of specialist joinery
