What will you be doing? Carrying out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, Diagnosing and resolving faults on pipework, drainage, and building services to minimise downtime, Managing on-site spare parts and supporting minor repairs and modifications to equipment and workspaces, Supervising subcontractors on site, including delivering site inductions and monitoring performance, Liaising proactively with clients. Where will you be doing it? Our client is a privately owned company that has worked in the industry for over 25 years. They specialise in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Electrical/Mechanical Services, providing installation, service, and spares. What you'll need: Qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer, 18th Edition Electrical Certificate or equivalent, Experience in M&E maintenance contracts, A bias towards mechanical plumbing, pipework, and drainage works, Additional experience is desirable HVAC & Mechanical Engineering.
