The role – Head of Engineering (Avionics)
The Head of Engineering is ultimately responsible for the delivery of a significant portfolio of avionics products across all stages of the development life cycle.
Leading a team of c. 35 technically excellent engineers (predominantly focussed on R&D of new products), the Head of Engineering will encourage a culture of “intellectual curiosity” and a sense of “ownership”.
