Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Bricklayer to join our Voids Team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on bricklaying as the core trade, particularly on void property refurbishments. Experience in other trades is a bonus, as you’ll also support wider works across the team. What is the pay and benefits?
* The salary is £32,512 for a 40 hour full time permanent position.
* Our Pobl Repairs Team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Monmouthshire, with the office base for this role being Cwmbran.
* Working days are predominantly Monday to Friday; compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight are available.

What skills and experience do you need?
* City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) in bricklaying (or significant experience)
* Practical experience in bricklaying, ideally in domestic or refurbishment settings
* Essential experience in slabing, laying patios, and paths
* Confidence working in empty properties and people’s homes with a professional, courteous approach
* Willingness to support other trades (e.g., basic plumbing, plastering, carpentry)
* Flexible, positive attitude and strong commitment to health and safety
* Full UK driving licence
Bonus if you’ve worked in social housing or used mobile working systems – but not essential.
