Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on technical support and manage internal and customer IT infrastructure to ensure 24/7 service availability.
* Respond to inquiries, provide 2nd line support, monitor networks, and resolve technical issues.
* Maintain records, develop technical expertise, improve processes, and support 1st and 2nd line teams.
* Manage customer inquiries by responding promptly and efficiently, ensuring contractual obligations are met and, where possible, exceeded.
* Perform RF troubleshooting, analyse satellite link statistics, and provide network reports as needed for internal and external customers.
* Work a days & nights shift pattern (Apply online only).
The person
* Previous experience in an IT/Technology role within the telecoms/satcoms or maritime industry.
* Has an interest in technology and wants to continue self-development.
* Eligible for SC clearance.
