We’re looking for an experienced Test Technician to support the build and development of advanced electric drive systems in a fast-paced R&D environment. This is a fantastic chance to work at the forefront of electric propulsion technology, operating advanced dynamometer facilities and supporting innovative engineering programmes shaping the future of mobility. What You’ll Be Doing: • Setting up and operating dynamometers, test rigs, and associated equipment • Installing motors, inverters, gearboxes, and units under test • Configuring sensors, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems • Running performance, durability, efficiency, and validation testing • Monitoring tests, identifying faults, and ensuring safe, repeatable execution • Capturing, validating, and logging test data accurately • Supporting engineers with analysis and reporting of results • Maintaining and calibrating dynos, sensors, and test equipment • Troubleshooting rig and equipment issues • Helping improve test methods, fixtures, and facility capability &bul...
