Northampton, where youll play a key role in delivering top-tier pension services across the UK and Ireland. In this dynamic in-house position, youll be at the heart of our payroll processing cycles, handling transactional tasks and supporting our wider pensions team with essential admin duties.
This is a
permanent, full-time role
working
Monday to Friday, and were happy to discuss

What youll do on a typical day:
Efficiently manage daily pension administration by processing joiners, contribution changes, opt-ins/outs, resolving provider data queries, uploading files to portals, and issuing auto-enrolment communications
Keep up-to-date with pension legislation and monitor regulatory changes and market developments in pension provision. Training will be given
Support with projects to improve the effectiveness of the departments service to the business
Act as a key contact for colleagues pension queries, HR teams and external advisers and providers ensuring queries are resolved comprehensively and accurately and within agreed timelines
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous Administration experience
ideally within a payroll/pension background
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong PC skills with good knowledge of creating and maintaining spreadsheets
you will need to use daily.
A good level of numeracy and IT literacy including strong excel skills
Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
Excellent communicator
