Senior Demand Generation Manager

About you: As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will manage and deliver our private sector payment solutions, including Direct Debit and card processing. Your role involves driving growth, unlocking cross-sell opportunities, and increasing awareness among SMEs and enterprise clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create, execute, measure, and refine marketing strategies that generate demand and expand our offerings in key sectors. Your focus will be on developing multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing programs centered on customer needs and business outcomes, supporting growth in this market. You will also ensure the sales team has the right tools, content, and strategies to enhance pipeline results.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned with target personas and sales objectives to meet pipeline and revenue goals.
2. Creating and executing demand generation programs that engage prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle, managing inbound and outbound channels effectively.
3. Using a KPI-driven approach to Account-Based Marketing (ABM), working closely with sales teams to engage target accounts and guide them through the buyer's journey.
4. Analyzing marketing outcomes, drawing insights, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure sales have the necessary content and tools.
Skills and experience you might have:
* Proven experience in growth marketing and demand generation in the B2B software sector, with a passion for technology.
* Expertise in sales enablement, customer journey planning, and the ABX model, with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
* Strong quantitative skills in data acquisition, management, and analytics to support lead nurturing and outbound programs.
* Proficiency in marketing technology and automation systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) and experience in delivering successful demand generation campaigns across channels.
