Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a leading specialist education provider with the appointment of two Headteachers for a for two of their schools in the West Midlands from April 2026 or sooner.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for each Headteacher to shape a school from the ground up – establishing its culture, values, and direction from day one. You’ll provide the strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure every child achieves their full potential within a safe, inclusive, and aspirational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide visionary leadership, setting the tone for excellence in teaching, learning, and outcomes.
* Build, motivate, and inspire a committed staff team to deliver high-quality education.
* Take the lead on safeguarding and pupil welfare, acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
* Drive school improvement through effective strategic planning, curriculum development, and resource management.
* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements.
* Forge strong partnerships with parents, carers, Local Authorities, and the wider community.
* Manage budgets and operational performance to ensure the school is both sustainable and successful.
Key Requirements:
* NPQH (or equivalent) qualification.
* Proven senior leadership experience within specialist or SEN school settings, ideally SEMH.
* A strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks, quality assurance, and safeguarding.
* Inspirational, visible leadership style with the ability to empower staff and pupils.
* A proven ability to deliver school improvement and positive outcomes for young people.
* Commitment to building an inclusive culture where every child feels valued, respected, and supported.
