We are looking for Civil Production Operatives to join one of our clients based in Ballymena Co. Antrim on a temp to perm basis. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real experience, develop new skills, and make a tangible contribution to exciting construction projects. No two days are the same - you'll be part of a dynamic, supportive team that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

Shift patterns:
Pattern 1: Mon-Thurs 6am-6pm, Thurs-Sat 6am-6pm (Saturday 6am-5pm)
Pattern 2: Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat 6am-6pm (Saturday 6am-5pm), Tues-Thurs 6am-6pm
Shift Allowance: 10% on weekdays & 50% SaturdaysJob Role:
Preparing moulds, pouring concrete, and producing high-quality products.
Following all Health, Safety, Environment & Quality standards.
Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised.
Working flexibly across the Production department as needed.
Recording your work accurately, including daily timesheets.
Communicating with your Team Leader on production progress.
Taking part in training and continuous improvement initiatives.Skills/Requirement:
Experience in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or similar.
Understanding of Health & Safety at work.
Team player with good communication skills.
Flexible, reliable, and willing to work hard.Nice-to-Have (Training Provided):
Experience on civil engineering or construction projects.
Ability to read technical or construction drawings.
Experience with hand, air, or power tools.
Counterbalance forklift or overhead crane license.
First Aid, CSR, or Fire Warden training.
