Overview
Automotive Technician Journeyperson/Journeyman wanted for our Light Duty Fleet Centre at 16 Estate Dr, Scarborough (ON). Join a dealership-level shop setup servicing all vehicle brands. You will handle diagnostics, electrical systems, transmissions, engine repairs/replacements, and advanced troubleshooting in a full-service, B2B-focused environment with a competitive pay rate.

Responsibilities
* Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
* Mentor and coach apprentices, sharing expertise to develop their skills in a learning-focused environment.
* Collaborate with a skilled team on vehicles ranging from standard passenger cars to light trucks.
* Assist in identifying potential mechanical opportunities with the Sales team.
* Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained.
Qualifications
* Certified Automotive Service Technician Journeyperson/Journeyman (Red Seal) or Licensed Mechanic.
* A valid driver’s license.
* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignment.
* Skilled at inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, service, and repair on various vehicles.
* Excellent attention to detail with a methodical problem-solving approach.
* Motivated, positive attitude, respectful teamwork, and safety-conscious—wear required PPE and follow work protocols.
