Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’re required to work closely with senior management and local sales and installation teams to provide administration and general management support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks such as administration, order inputting, and customer liaison.
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential, along with the ability to communicate clearly, be decisive, and manage your own diary and a variety of tasks from senior management.
Key Accountabilities:
* Develop strong relationships with all DekBoard customers and work closely with them to ensure their needs are addressed appropriately.
* Manage customer complaints and warranty processes, ensuring customers are fully informed.
* Update and manage credits and credit logs/spreadsheets.
* Own and manage all sales and general enquiries, allocating them to appropriate authorized installers or internal sales team members.
* Update and control the caravan park database.
* Manage NPA process and administration.
* Assist the Commercial Manager with price and order form updates and circulation.
* Maintain the filing system.
* Be computer and IT literate, using internal systems, various application-based tools, and Microsoft Office.
* Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence appropriately.
* Answer phone calls and redirect them as needed for new and existing customers.
* Manage travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Handle timesheets and payroll activities as appropriate.
* Manage the wider DekBoard holiday calendar and schedule.
* Address queries from managers and team members.
* Support senior management, including Managing Director, Head of Sales, Commercial Manager, and Operations Managers, with administrative tasks.
* Assist the Planning & Logistics Supervisor to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Facilitate communication with customers and the company, responding to external product feedback.
* Manage customer expectations through appropriate interaction and communication.
* Oversee general office and workshop supplies.
* Assist with documentation and management of employee training records and PPE.
* Manage workwear orders and distribution for all DekBoard install facility staff.
* Own and manage production and marketing monthly meetings, including noting actions and follow-ups.
* Manage stock and related tasks for marketing materials such as brochures, sample boards, and POS.
* Coordinate with senior management on marketing material updates.
* Monitor shared mailboxes and respond appropriately.

* Ability to work independently or as part of a team, use initiative, be trustworthy, conscientious, and reliable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
* Travel and overnight stays may be required.
* Must hold a UK full driving license.
* Willingness to undertake other reasonable tasks to support the business needs.
