The Role:
As a Commercial Property Management Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for a diverse portfolio and act as the primary point of contact for all property management matters. You'll enjoy regular site visits and the chance to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Supported by an experienced team, you'll have the autonomy and trust to manage privately held commercial properties for long-standing clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management
* Manage commercial investment properties across the wider Bristol region.
* Conduct inspections and prepare service charge budgets.
* Ensure landlord services and statutory compliance.
* Liaise with tenants and oversee rent and charge collection.
* Arrange maintenance and manage insurance cover.
* Notify clients of rent reviews and lease renewals.
* Support new business generation and cross-selling.
Client Management
* Deliver timely reporting and attend client meetings.
* Maintain strong client relationships.
* Identify PR opportunities and contribute to service improvements.
About You
* Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards).
* Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Resilient under pressure with strong time management.
* IT proficient (Microsoft Office and relevant packages).
* Full UK driving licence.
