Contracts Manager – Civils & Groundworks
Location: South East (M25 & Home Counties)

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of civils and groundworks contracts across the South East, with projects primarily located around the M25 and Home Counties.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work. The successful candidate must be available to start immediately.
The Role:

Overseeing multiple civils and groundworks projects from pre-start through to completion
*
Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
*
Monitoring health & safety, quality, and programme performance
*
Liaising with clients, engineers, and internal teams
*
Working from head office in Northamptonshire when not required on site
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within civils and groundworks
*
Strong knowledge of project delivery, commercial control, and health & safety
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
Full UK driving licence
