We are seeking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice to join our Credit Services team on a 24-month contract. The overall purpose of this role is to support the team with cash allocation, completing administrative tasks, handling queries and providing excellent service to our Publishers and their customers whilst working toward a qualification.
You will be responsible for cash application, data maintenance and resolving queries via our ticketing system. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
This is a varied and challenging position which will involve:
* Cash application and reconciliation
* Providing excellent service and support, to agreed standards for our customers and publishers, taking ownership of all queries
* Administering and supporting the customer maintenance function within the team
* Assisting the team in chasing payments
* Providing cover for the team
The ideal candidate will have:
* GCSE grades 4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English
* Good organisation and time management skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This is an exciting entry level role which will include study support toward aCustomer ServiceLevel 3 qualification with chance of progression within Credit Services upon completion.
Hours of work will be 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday at ourBasingstoke offices with the flexibility of two days working from home. There will be a half day study leave per week.
