This role is in support of Cencora's third-party logistics service in the UK operating through our Alloga business.

Salary
: c. £50,000 + Annual Company Bonus

Role Summary
As one to two Senior Client Account Manager at Alloga, you will manage an exceptional portfolio of current Healthcare Clients, with direct client relationship responsibilities, and through the Client Account management team delivering exceptional client service.

With a strong sense of commercial awareness, this role is pivotal in maintaining Alloga's long term commercial partnering with our clients. Fostering growth initiatives, you will take responsibility for the management and performance of a small team of Client Account Managers, delivering exceptional service in our relationships with clients.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Commercial, Head of Customer Relations, Head of 3PL Contract Management, Senior Client Account Manager and Implementation Manager

Principal Responsibilities

* Manage the relationship with our leading Consumer Healthcare clients.
* Leading a small team of Client Account Managers, direct interaction with the leadership team, communicating business updates and implement a clear communication plan.
* Manage to client escalations, effective decision taking to maintain service excellence, and support commercial reviews to secure long term growth.
* Proactively manage improvement initiatives through implementation and contribute to business-wide projects that align with Company strategy.
* Support a healthy pipeline of new business implementations and ensure the client account team resource is allocated accordingly.
* Maintain a routine meeting schedule that fosters a positive relationship with our clients at an appropriate cadence, supporting continuous improvement outlook.
* Establish frequent review meetings with team members to review progress, provide business updates, and set objectives, document outcomes accordingly.
* Identify and implement better working practices to ensure best practices are shared and a consistent approach is adopted across the team.
* Manage and report on the commercial performance achieved through out client partnering, review in a timely manner.
* Conduct business review meetings, presenting KPI's and business updates.
* Enhance relationships with other key departments, particularly Customer Relations, Finance and Operations.

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Required

* Educated to degree standard or possess significant experience in a similar role.
* Experience within the Pharmaceutical/FMCG industry is a distinct advantage.
* Understanding of supply chain and warehouse concepts.
* Highly competent in standard office software packages with excellent presentation skills.
* Sound knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
* Ability to manage a small team effectively.
