We are seeking a Project Design Engineer to join our talented team. In this exciting role, you will take responsibility for developing innovative products.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support Silent Gliss UK and Silent Gliss International to enhance the existing product range.
* Identify, develop and implement innovative design solutions that will shape the future of shading and privacy technology.
* Contribute creative ideas and find solutions to product challenges.
* Manage product development projects independently from concept to completion.
* Conduct rigorous testing of new developments and carefully analyse and document the results.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.
YOUR PROFILE
* Qualified as a design/electrical/mechanical engineer or equivalent professional experience.
* Project management experience.
* Fully proficient in 3D CAD software (ideally SolidWorks).
* Structured, driven and a high a level of initiative.
* Enjoys working on diverse tasks and exploring innovative technologies.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
