We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Vehicle Prepper to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicles by performing a variety of tasks that ensure they are in optimal condition. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday – 7am – available week days and weekends
Bonus scheme after 3mth service
Duties
1. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance.
2. Utilise hand tools and power tools to perform mechanical tasks, including minor repairs and adjustments.
3. Prepare vehicles for detailing, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
4. Assist with heavy lifting as required, including moving parts or equipment.
5. Maintain a safe and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of vehicle preparation tasks.
Experience
7. Proven mechanical knowledge is essential, with experience in automotive repair or maintenance being highly desirable.
8. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is required for effective task execution.
9. Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage but is not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
10. Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily duties is necessary.
