Vacancy: Resourcer
Location: Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
Pay: £24,500 to £28,500 plus commission
About the Role:
As a Resourcer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our education recruitment consultants by:
* Sourcing and screening teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff for schools across the region.
* Building strong candidate relationships and maintaining our talent database.
* Writing engaging job adverts and managing candidate pipelines.
* Assisting consultants with interview coordination and compliance administration.
* Liaise with schools
