Requirements
The role
* supporting the existing office members with daily admin duties
* dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and email
* order processing, invoicing and stock control
* Order picking and dispatch
* Data input
The candidate
* Helpful to have knowledge of the jewellery or watch market
* Proactive and self-motivated and willing to learn
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Sage or other accounting software knowledge would be of advantage
