Overview
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our Transit Centre in Gravesend. Managing and assisting with face to face and digital enquiries to maximise sales potential whilst providing a fantastic customer experience. This position is offered on a full time 5-day 42.5 hour working week, with a £18,500 basic salary + average earnings of £45,000, uncapped commission, bonus and company vehicle, reporting to the CV Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via email, telephone and digital channels
* Meet individual and team-based sales targets
* Guide customers through the full purchase process, advising on extended warranty, accessories and financial products
* Adhere to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous selling and influencing skills (not required, applications welcome from those starting their automotive career)
* A full UK driving licence
* Ability to follow procedures, policies and instructions
* Passion for providing first class customer service
* Eagerness to learn and progress in your career
* Excellent communication skills
