An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse to join our well-established team within iSPA Integrated Care Co-ordination Service (ICC).

You will draw on your strong clinical knowledge and risk assessment skills to distinguish between urgent and non-urgent cases, ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate care within the community setting.
At ICC, we are at the forefront of technology and continually explore new interactive systems and resources to deliver a responsive, effective service for our patients.
We are looking for individuals who work well as part of a team, put patient care at the centre of everything they do, and are open to embracing service developments as we continue to evolve.
